But this was resolved very quickly once the maintenance were aware.. Unfortunately during our 3 week stay, our adjoining neighbour was undergoing renovations for 2 of our weeks, even though I know this wasn’t a fault of the rental.. the banging, loud music was from early morning to early evening... the walls being thin you felt you were in the room with the renovation crew... Have stayed at Vista Cay many times over the years, but first time booking through yourself . Thank you for all the communication we received from the booking to arrivial." (4/5)

However, you need to sign in to your own accounts and make sure you sign out at the end of your stay (other people's accounts were signed in when we arrived). There is an app that you are meant to use which contains everything you need to know. Unfortunately my app did not work so did not have access to all these details. A folder of information would have been helpful. In summary, there are a few things that could be improved but I still loved my stay and look forward to staying there again." (4/5)
