Not the case at all. The beach is large and quiet. Lots of room for kids to play. We were disappointed by how relatively cold it was though. Half the days we were there it was cloudy, super windy, and highs only in the high 70s. The break was way too strong for kids or grandparents to swim. We would have been happy to pay a little more to have some basics like dish and laundry detergent on arrival. There weren't basic pantry items (not even salt). The numbers provided by the property management company were a little unclear. One didn't respond and the other took a long time. However, they let us check out late which was really wonderful because our flight wasn't until the evening."
