A new sponge for the sink for each reservation , proper dish detergent instead of watering down the left over, new bottle of hand soap I actually bought one to use instead of the half used one left in the bathroom. Also the mop that is in the laundry room for the floor was extremely dirty , makes you think what was used to clean the floor. The overall cleanliness was an issue for me or lack of detail lets say. There was a lot of hair throughout the apartment, the bathroom tub was filthy and had a black ring around the bottom as though someone soaked prior to us coming and the shower curtain liner was pink which is the beginning stage of mildew. Overall dissatisfied with the cleanliness. We even had toe nail in one of the rooms. It was a great location and I would stay again if the cleanliness levels are reviewed and improved." (3/5)

However, we called Geoff and he came running from two doors down and got us right in. It was all great from there. Anytime we called about an issue (never anything big) Geoff or Lin were right there to make our lives happy. Geoff even printed out our airline tickets before we left! I contacted Miranda (the owner) several times and she always responded instantly. I just had a lot of questions, never anything awful. The location was minutes from all the parks, there was a small shopping center with a Publix and great pizza place in one direction and a in the other direction a Walgreens all within walking distance. The apartment is 2,000 sq. feet. It is so beautifully decorated, and the couch was so comfortable that I fell asleep on it - twice! We had everything we needed to prepare meals, to do laundry and to relax. The tub in the master bath is amazing! The pool and hot tub are two buildings away and just a short walk along a lake-side pathway. There are always fun activities going on and very friendly people to talk with. The bartender was fun and made great drinks. To sum up: the home is beautiful and comfortble, the location is near everything yet quiet, pretty and safe, the amenities are modern and everything you need is right there. Just bring your clothing and toothbrush! Most importantly, you are well taken care of by both Lin and Geoff, as well as Miranda. I can't wait to go back! June" (5/5)
